My goals!

My goals are clear!! 60 kgs – and my dreams are 45 kgs. I just can’t do this on my own – really! I’ve tried so many times, and I’m weak. Food are to tempting. I hate it. But I’m gonna make it!! This time I’m gonna make it!! And I’m gonna do this Ana’s way! πŸ˜‰

    Hi Im new to this site but have an eating disorder for about 13yrs. I go through stages of it being my self distruction where I purge like 10 times a week and become OCD on what i eat. Then I have had times of saying to myself , you really need to take care of your self. Well Hell right now in my 30’s I find it has become more of an obsession. Im a marathon runner, so im muscular which drives me batty!! My goal is combininng what I know that works and to do and get down to at least 125. Im currently 145( because of muscle) Im in shape , and people think im wacky when i say i need to loose weight. But as we all know they have no idea how my fight it in own minds.My bulemia has always been not only about control and losing weight. Anyways Im lokking forward to getting to known everyone, with advice and your own struggles. Hard not to able to talk to anyone about all this.Have a great day.!!

      The heart muscle changes, and its beat becomes irregular, potentially leading to cardiac arrest and death.

      Dehydration, kidney stones, and kidney failure may result in death.

      Liver damage (made worse if substance abuse is also a factor) may result in death.

      Menstruation often stops, even before extensive weight loss. This is called amenorrhea and can lead to infertility and bone loss or osteoporosis.

      Muscles waste away, resulting in weakness and loss of function.

      Slowed digestion caused by a lack of energy and diminished body function results in bowel irritation and constipation.

      Permanent loss of bone calcium leads to fractures and lifelong problems of osteoporosis.

      The person becomes intolerant to cold (especially in the hands and feet), and has sunken eyes, hair loss, bloating, and dry skin.

      The immune system weakens.

      Skin becomes dry and blotchy and has an unhealthy gray or yellow cast.

      Anemia and malnutrition may result.

      Fainting spells, sleep disruption, bad dreams, and mental fuzziness may result.

      In addition to these complications, the following common medical complications associated with bulimia nervosa result from repeated cycles of bingeing and purging:

      Loss of muscle mass from excessive vomiting may occur.

      Vomiting and abuse of laxatives and diuretics flush sodium chloride and potassium from the body, resulting in an electrolyte imbalance. Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) can result, which can ultimately lead to heart failure and death.

      Stomach acids in vomit can erode tooth enamel, resulting in damage such as cavities and discoloration. The acids can go into the salivary glands in the month, causing swollen glands in the neck, stones in the salivary ducts, and β€œchipmunk cheeks.”

      Self-induced vomiting can result in irritation and tears in the lining of the throat, esophagus, and stomach.

      Laxative abuse can create a dependence and result in an inability to have normal bowel movements.

      Abuse of medications to help induce vomiting, such as ipecac, can result in toxicity, heart failure, and death.

      Peptic ulcers may occur.

      The medical consequences of binge eating disorder are most often associated with obesity and include the following:

      High blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, and elevated triglyceride levels, which may cause hardening of the arteries and heart disease.

      Increased risk of bowel, breast, and reproductive cancers.

      Increased risk of diabetes.

      Increased risk of arthritic damage to the joints.

    I’m 15 5’4 and 120 pounds. I’ve gained wait resently, due to the fact that I pushed and rebeled against going hungry any longer. I’ve fallen out of my system, I really regret it. I’m not new to the whole ‘pro-ana’ thing and I really need to have the control back in my life. So my goal is 100 pounds and going from there.     I am 14 yrs old and 5’0″. My start weight was 105. I currently weigh 93 pounds(43kg) and my goal is 85 pounds (35kg i think). Everything was going fine, i was eating very little, until my parents found out and took away the scale and are forcing me to eat a whole bunch. Can someone tell me ideas on how to continue losing weight without my parents npticing and without a scale? thx!

      You could use a friends scale amd skip meals when your parents are not home or give food to the dog when they dont look but if all else fails and if you are really dertermined I would start throwing up after meals

    I’m 15 years old 5 ft 1 inch and 94 pounds :/ I really want to go back down to 85 pounds, where I was before my “recovery”. Ever since I gained weight I’ve had a really difficult time losing any weight at all. I really need an ana buddy. If anyone is interested plz reply. I really need this.

      What I did before I ever even restricted was I counted my calories. What I suggest is going through a day eating completely normally, just writing down how many calories you are consuming. At the end of the day. Look at your total and based off of that, start lowering your total by like 100 to 200 calories a day until you reach a total that is significantly lower than your original total. My bottom level was 600 calories a day (although I only started at 110 pounds). Once I reached 600, I kept it stable for a week. Then I exercised the next with a 800 calorie diet. And then I kind of started randomly restricting. Then I lost too much weight and fell down to 81 pounds or below 6 stone and my periods stopped for 6 months. My mom took me to a doctor and I was diagnosed and sent to recovery where I freaking gained twenty pounds… If you use restricting to lose weight please set a reasonable weight as your ideal weight and do not try to go past it. As long as you stop at a healthy weight unlike me, you do not have to worry about the long term damage on your body that I have to deal with.

    Hi! I’m a fat, overweight girl in the now 25 years … I hate myself! Have before been able to keep me away from all of the food I should not have, and could at least limit myself!! But it’s a long time ago now. .. When I was 11, I was very conscious of how to avoid food and the social traps. Then came puberty. … now I am overweight and fat!
    I guess I’m what you would call a pro ana wannabe. I really want to live a pro ana life! Have tried a couple of times before, I read blogs and see their images, and admires it so much! I think the reason why I have not been able in the past is because I have never participated in any forum or blogs, I need the help and support of a few who are living this kind of life I would like me! just try to talk to someone here at home about it, everyone would put me in with spykriater. Will someone help me? Give me some tips? how I manage to get this lifestyle properly under the skin?! Are there any special forum that I should take advantage of? Please help me!

    I have all sorts of tips on my site, so that you can finally lose weight. Whoever has problems with his appearance and dreams to have a better body is lucky, because Im going to work with many ideas hard to realize this dream.
